And so it begins...

2020 is here in a flash as the office buzzes around me with people preparing for the year ahead. Heads are down and productivity is up. It's got me to thinking about what it is that I would like to achieve this year? What would I like to try? What would I like to learn? What could I inquire into? How could I grow my practice to help strengthen and support the team that I work with?

So many questions and ideas! It comes back to how am I going to weave my inquiry into the work I do everyday and make it meaningful for both me and the kaiako and tamariki that I work with.

I am going to take the next couple of days to write a few reflections about what's on top for me this year and how this might weave into an inquiry or goals that I could work on. 

Having purchased a reflection journal from The Heart School I am going to start with this and see where it leads......watch this space!
