What does an inquiring leader look like and how can I support my Head Teachers to grow inquiry in their place?

This page will document and follow my journey as I look into inquiry. How I can use this a basis for my own leadership and how I can help to grow this in Kindergartens and Head Teachers. How can I weave a sense of inquiry through my work and what will this look like? Is inquiry the same for all Kaiako, Head Teachers, tamariki and leaders?
